A legal disclaimer
1. Event Definition:
The "Event" refers to the Navrangi Navratri festival, organised by Red Lotus Events CIC, held at The Drum, Wembley.
2. Organiser:
The Event is organised and managed by Red Lotus Events CIC, trading as Red Lotus Events.
3. Ticket Purchase:

All tickets must be purchased through the official Red Lotus Events ticket portal. Tickets purchased from any other source will not be valid.

By purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Admission:

A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.

Tickets must be presented upon request and are subject to inspection.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder.

Bag searches and security checks may be conducted at the venue.
5. Ticket Holder Responsibilities:

Ticket holders should check tickets immediately upon receipt for accuracy. Errors may not be rectified after the ticket has been issued.

Tickets must be kept safe. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
6. Ticket Use:

Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial purposes without the Organiser’s written consent.

Any ticket found to be resold, transferred, or used in violation of these terms will be voided.
7. Refunds and Exchanges:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed, unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the Organiser will provide a refund process.
8. Event Changes:

The Organiser reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, including performers, timings, or venue without prior notice or any obligation for refunds.
9. Venue Rules:

Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations set by The Drum, Wembley, as well as the Organiser.

The Organiser and venue management reserve the right to conduct security searches for safety purposes.
10. Prohibited Items and Behavior:

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed unsafe.

Anti-social behaviour, intoxication, or actions disrupting the Event may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, volunteers, or management will lead to immediate removal from the venue, and the ticket will be voided without refund.
11. Liability:

Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, except in cases of negligence on their part.
12. Data Protection:

Personal data provided during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
13. Filming and Photography:

By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organiser reserves the right to use such media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform an RLE volunteer upon your arrival, and we will ensure your preference is respected.
14. Unforeseeable Circumstances:

The Organiser is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
15. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event is held. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts.
16. Amendments:

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via official channels.
Miscellaneous:
1. Acceptance of Terms:

Purchasing and using a ticket constitutes the ticket holder's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Severability:

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid.
3. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Organiser and the ticket holder regarding the Event.
