Terms and Conditions for Rangeelu Gujarat Festival

1. Agreement to Terms
By attending the Rangeelu Gujarat Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorised to attend the event.

2. Definitions

  • The Organisers: Rangeelu Gujarat Festival Team.

  • Attendees: Any individual attending the festival, including ticket holders, volunteers, and participants.

  • Event: The Rangeelu Gujarat Festival, including all its activities, exhibitions, and related events, occurring from 5th to 7th September at Roe Green Park, Kingsbury, London, NW9 9HA.

3. Event Details

  • Festival Dates & Times:
     

    • 5th September: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Festival)

    • 5th September: 8:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Open Air Movie Night)

    • 6th September: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Festival)

    • 6th September: 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm (Open Air Garba)

    • 7th September: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Festival)

  • Location: Roe Green Park, Kingsbury, London, NW9 9HA.
     

 

4. Admission and Tickets

  • Ticket Price: This is a family event with one price for all attendees, regardless of age.

  • Entry Requirements:

    • Children under 2 years of age may enter for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

    • All other attendees require a valid ticket for entry.

  • Ticketing: Admission to the festival requires a valid ticket. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified.

  • No Entry Without Ticket: Attendees without a valid ticket will not be allowed entry.

  • Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

  • Photography and Filming: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes related to the Rangeelu Gujarat Festival. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the front desk upon arrival.

  • Data Privacy: The organisers may collect personal data during the ticket purchasing process, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. This data will be used solely for the purpose of event management and communication, including updates, ticketing, and customer service. Your data will be handled in compliance with data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for event-related purposes (e.g., ticketing and payment processing).

6. Liability and Damages

  • Responsibility: The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs at the event, unless caused by the organisers’ negligence.

  • Personal Items: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Conduct

  • Respectful Behaviour: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards all other festival-goers and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Event Removal: The organisers reserve the right to remove any individual from the festival grounds for misconduct or violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited at the Rangeelu Gujarat Festival:

  • Alcohol (No alcohol is allowed on the festival grounds) 

  • Illegal substances

  • Weapons or dangerous items

  • Fireworks or explosives

  • Any other item deemed harmful or disruptive by the organisers

9. Accessibility
The festival is an outdoor event. Roe Green Park is wheelchair accessible, and reasonable accommodations can be made for attendees with disabilities. Please contact the organisers in advance for any specific needs.

10. Open Air Movie Night and Garba

  • Movie Night (5th September): 8:00 pm – 10:30 pm, enjoy an outdoor movie screening.

  • Garba Night (6th September): 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm, participate in the traditional outdoor Garba dance.

​

 

11. Force Majeure
The organisers are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or any other failure to perform obligations under these terms due to reasons beyond their control, such as severe weather conditions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Changes to the Event

  • The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule or contents, including performances, activities, and timing, without prior notice.
